Kim brings her diverse skills and experience in community building, facilitation, and leadership to the Fairground workshops and individual consultations.
With over 20 years experience in leadership roles and a mixed background in family mediation, parenting and couple programs, Kim has developed her passion for empowering individuals, families, and teams in the workplace to strengthen connections and make positive lifestyle choices.

After 10 years facilitating relationship education group programs together, Kelly and Kim have formed a perfect partnership. Kim's energetic enthusiasm to engage people in discussion along with Kelly's thoughtful and sensitive approach to connecting with clients, make them the dynamic team they are today. Clients have found them to be well-informed, organised, and engaging, commenting on their humour and sense of fun.
Kelly and Kim first met when they started working in the same team at a community service agency in 2013. They connected through their shared values and passion for working with clients. They are motivated to share their collective wisdom to create an emotionally intelligent culture that nurtures and prioritises relationships.
